Story sequence
The completed web novel is an earlier continuity, not a rough transcript of the light novels. Its final conflict centers on a substantially different version of Yuuki, and several light-novel-exclusive powers, characters, and wars do not fit into the same chain of events.
Rimuru is sent to the end of space-time, where Ciel preserves him and Turn Null accumulates enough energy for creation on a cosmic scale. He rejects building a replacement reality and returns to the era containing Tempest.
The web novel then resolves its final enemy and restores the world through its own skill structure. Similar names such as Azathoth or Ciel do not guarantee identical mechanics to the print continuity.
This record is intentionally placed after the complete light-novel line so search results and reader navigation never imply that web-novel Yuuki, Feldway, Michael, and Ivarage belong to one seamless finale.
