Story sequence
Veldora receives a human-shaped body generated from Rimuru and can move independently while remaining connected through a soul corridor. If his body is destroyed, Rimuru can restore him so long as their linked cores and energy remain available.
His return ends the mystery of the vanished Storm Dragon but creates a new risk: neighboring states remember Veldora as a natural disaster. Rimuru therefore presents him as a citizen and friend under Tempest's rules rather than an uncontrolled guardian weapon.
Veldora learns to restrain his aura, studies manga stored from Rimuru's memories, and develops combat techniques from exaggerated fictional examples. The humor masks an important change—he is learning society rather than remaining sealed and alone.
Ramiris soon relocates to Tempest, partly from friendship and partly because Veldora makes the city an unusually secure place for her. Their later partnership becomes the engine of the labyrinth.
