Story sequence
The Harvest Festival evolves Rimuru into a True Demon Lord and Demon Slime. Great Sage repeatedly petitions the Voice of the World until it evolves into the Ultimate Skill Raphael, Lord of Wisdom. Gluttony's line becomes Beelzebuth, while defensive and spatial abilities are consolidated into Uriel.
Rimuru's gifts propagate through Food Chain, causing many named subordinates to evolve or enter restorative sleep. Raphael takes temporary control of fine operations because Rimuru's conscious mind cannot manage the energy conversion and resurrection calculations simultaneously.
The double barrier over Tempest accidentally helped preserve the fallen souls near their bodies. Raphael uses a large-scale secret art, the life energy supplied by the demon attendants, and Rimuru's new authority to reconnect those souls. Shion and the other citizens awaken with evolved bodies and new abilities.
Rimuru names the primordial Diablo. He also finishes analyzing Unlimited Imprisonment, constructs a soul corridor and artificial body for Veldora, and releases the Storm Dragon while retaining a backup connection through the Ultimate Skill Veldora.
Motivations
- Rimuru's goal is restoration, not status among Demon Lords.
- Raphael's behavior is directed toward fulfilling Rimuru's wishes with maximum efficiency, even when it must improvise beyond his conscious plan.
Outcome
Tempest's dead return; Rimuru awakens as a True Demon Lord; Diablo joins; Veldora is freed.
Consequences

- Rimuru now possesses Ultimate Skills and a True Dragon ally, forcing every major power to recalculate.
Several story lines converge at once: the cave promise is fulfilled, Tempest is restored, and Rimuru enters the world's top political and metaphysical tier.
