The Federation After the Final War

Story sequence

With the final fronts resolved, Tempest moves from emergency command back toward government, trade, festivals, research, and the labyrinth. The patrons retain extraordinary power, but their roles again include construction, diplomacy, teaching, and administration.

Masayuki's empire, Lubelius, Dwargon, Sarion, Farmenas, Blumund, and the Demon Lords now share interests strong enough to make another conquest less useful than cooperation. The political peace is not magical perfection; it is a network of relationships repeatedly tested in crisis.

Rimuru does not replace every government or demand worship after reaching the highest tier. He returns to the original project of building a comfortable country where monsters, humans, spirits, demons, and otherworlders can live under predictable rules.

The main conflict closes, but the federation is framed as an ongoing society rather than a finished monument. Scientific, magical, and interworld possibilities remain open for later stories.

• Allied leaders prefer a balance supported by trade and trust over another universal empire.

Outcome

The Tenma War gives way to reconstruction and a durable international order centered on cooperation with Tempest.

Consequences

• Rimuru finally has the freedom to address the unresolved origin of his own story in Japan.
