Story sequence
The last campaign is a coalition effort rather than a single duel. Guy, Milim, the True Dragons, Octagram, Masayuki's empire, and Tempest's patrons contain the forces and environmental collapse surrounding Ivarage while Rimuru and Ciel search for a stable core to target.
Ivarage's evolved state combines creator-era information, enormous destructive energy, and the accumulated nature of the cryptids. Direct annihilation risks releasing or misdirecting that power into the world, so Ciel uses Azathoth and Imaginary Space as controlled isolation.
Rimuru consumes and separates the dangerous information structure rather than allowing it to continue as a world-ending will. Ciel's stored skill library and Imaginary Collapse provide the capacity to process what earlier versions of Rimuru could only contain temporarily.
Feldway's campaign finally collapses because its objective, command network, and supposed path to Veldanava have all failed. Rimuru's side preserves the world without installing a new compulsory ruler over every nation.
Motivations
- The coalition fights for different homes but shares the need for a future no creator-era faction can unilaterally erase.
- Rimuru wants to neutralize Ivarage while preserving recoverable people, histories, and information.
Outcome
Ivarage's world-destroying threat is absorbed and neutralized; Feldway's final strategy ends; the Tenma War is won.
Consequences
- Rimuru emerges with creator-class energy and information but returns authority to ordinary political relationships.
- The surviving factions can begin reconstruction without another immediate world war.
The final victory uses everything Rimuru learned since the cave—analysis, isolation, synthesis, and integration—on a world-scale problem.
