Tempest ArchiveTHE LIVING RECORD

Story sequence

Feldway uses inherited control and prepared conditions to push Milim into Stampede, the escalating state associated with Wrathful King Satanael. Her energy can continue growing as rage and battle feed the skill, making simple endurance a losing strategy.

Rimuru, Benimaru's forces, Velgrynd, and allied Demon Lords focus on redirection and containment because killing Milim is neither acceptable nor realistically simple. Cities and sacred sites are evacuated or shielded while attacks are steered away from population centers.

Ciel searches for the control point without destroying the skill system that is part of Milim. Feldway repeatedly uses Castle Guard and dimensional movement to interfere, caring more about the result than the damage to Milim's mind or the world Veldanava created.

During the struggle Feldway sends Rimuru beyond the normal spacetime coordinate of the Cardinal World. From the allies' perspective, Rimuru vanishes while Milim and other fronts remain active.

Motivations

  • Feldway treats Milim, Veldanava's child, as both a weapon and proof that the world has failed its creator.
  • Rimuru's priority is to free his friend without answering control with destruction.

Outcome

Milim is not abandoned, but Rimuru is exiled to the distant end of space-time before the crisis is fully resolved.

Consequences

  • Tempest must continue the Tenma War without its ruler.
  • Ciel and Azathoth face the series' most extreme survival problem: a location after ordinary cosmic activity has ended.
Why this matters later

The enemy finally removes Rimuru from the board, testing whether the nation and relationships he built can act without him.
