Story sequence

Rimuru interviews his senior subordinates and reviews post-awakening capabilities. The exercise reveals that existence values are only rough energy measures; experience, compatibility, mental control, and Ultimate Skill authority can overturn simple rankings.

Ciel uses Harvest King Shub-Niggurath to store skill information and grant optimized powers. Benimaru, the primordials, Zegion, Shion, Geld, and others receive systems suited to their identities instead of generic upgrades.

The Twelve Guardian Lords become a public and administrative category, while additional elites remain important without the title. Rimuru tries to prevent internal status from undermining cooperation, especially because raw numbers do not capture specialists such as Souei or Shuna.

Tempest now contains several forces that other countries would classify as existential disasters. Their shared loyalty and division of responsibilities are therefore more important than any one ranking.
