Corrections
The archive is compiled by hand and corrections are genuinely welcome. If a volume number, an adaptation boundary, a character detail or an event ordering is wrong, say which page and what it should be, and it will be fixed.
Accounts and billing
For sign-in trouble, cancellations or refund questions, write from the email address on the account and include the approximate date of any charge.
Privacy requests
To ask what is stored about you, or to have your account and its records deleted, write from the address on the account.
Rights holders
Enquiries from rights holders are answered promptly. See the copyright and fan content page for what the archive does and does not reproduce.
